Park opens for early arrivals. Great opportunity to stake your space and set up camp.

July 3rd
10:00am Gates Open
Noon - Challenge Racing Starts
1/2 Time - Short Course Racing & Burnouts
4:30pm - Racing Ends
5:00pm - Track opens to the public to meet the drivers. "Check out the trucks up close"
6:00pm - Track Closes
5:30pm - Balloon Rides all evening, weather permitting
7:30pm - Evening entertainment
Midnight - Park closes

July 4th
10:00am Gates Open
10:30am -11:30am - Short Course Racing Qualifying
Noon - Challenge Racing Resumes
1/2 Time - Short Course Finals
4:30pm - Racing Ends
4:30pm - 5:00pm - Freestyle
5:00pm - 6:00pm - Track opens to the public to meet the drivers.
6:00pm - Trophy and awards presentations.
7:00pm - Track closes
Midnight - Park closes

July 5th
Thanks for coming. All campers must vacate by 11:00am

General Information

*Spectator friendly viewing - See all the action from one location.
* This is an outdoor event and we go rain or shine come prepared.
*Seating is available but you are welcome to bring lawn chairs and shelters to enjoy casual hillside seating.
*No public transportation is available, free on site parking.
*There are many motels, campsites, and hotels within a close drive. We recommend Ol' MacDonald's Farm for Family Camping
* Rough camping is available for both spectators and competitors
*Full concessions will be available onsite.
*Tail Creek Race Way and Highriders assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Tail Creek Race Way is a Family Friendly Facility but we have some rules.......
We ask that each of you help us to respect the rights of others

• Alcohol beverages may be enjoyed responsibly in designated areas only.
• Pets are not allowed (except those required to assist handicapped individuals).
• Spectators are not permitted use of 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, quads or unlicensed vehicles of any type.
• Firearms are strictly prohibited.
• No banners or printed material may be hung or placed on any of the Park's facilities or structures without prior written consent by the Park.
• No breaking the rules or unlawful activities will be tolerated. The Park may expel or bar any individual for violation of any rule as determined by Park's sole reasonable discretion.

Camping Rules:

• All campers must register and purchase a admission ticket. We have limited space and campsites are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
• Competitor's "friends and relatives" vehicles MUST camp in the general spectator area unless upgraded.
• No electrical or water hookups are available. Port-Potties available.
• All campers must vacate the facility by noon the day following the event.
• If leaving the facility for the evening, our gates close at 11:00 p.m., all overnight campers must be in by this time or risk being locked out of the facility for the night. *Sounds at your campsite should be heard only at your campsite.

VIP CAMPING: VIP sites are located away from the hustle and bustle and must observe a quiet time between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Use of profanity, loud music, obnoxious disturbances or nuisances will not be tolerated and violators will be asked to leave.

PARKING: Do not block thru ways, any person visiting you while at the park must park their vehicle in the parking lot. Please respect your area as not to infringe on others. No vehicles are allowed to park on the roadways.

MOTOR VEHICLES / OFF ROAD VEHICLES: All off road vehicles (any vehicle not licensed for highway use) are NOT allowed except for competitors and staff after required paperwork. Speed limit is 10 km

PETS: Pets must be kept under the control of a leash, caged or kept in your vehicle with adequate ventilation and water.

FIRES: No open fires. Fires must be built in a device designed for elevating a fire off of the ground such as a grill or patio fire pit.? Fires are permitted when weather conditions are normal (no high winds or dry conditions) and must be placed in a manner as not to endanger other people or property. No firewood is available.

GARBAGE: Please make sure all garbage is placed in the garbage cans nearest to your campsite.

Failure to observe the rules of this facility will result in instant cancellation of your camping privileges.? You will be evicted without refund and parties involved will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Tail Creek Race Way reserves the right to refuse entrance at the gate.
